Peregrine Team Is Hiring A Bilingual Legal Assistant (Personal Injury)

Peregrine Team is hiring for Legal Assistants (Personal Injury) in Beverly Hills, CA. This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.

Pay:$20 - $30/hour

Job Duties:

• Initiate and set up new claims with relevant insurance companies
• Obtain and review medical documentation and bills related to the injury
• Gather necessary documents and information from insurance companies
• Evaluate and assess incoming calls for potential new cases
• Obtain estimates for any property damage associated with the case
• Keep clients informed about their case progress, pain levels, and treatment updates
• Draft initial demand letters outlining the claim and settlement requests

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have experience with pre-litigation personal injury cases
• Can type at least 45 wpm
• Bilingual Spanish speaker is a must
• Organized and can handle many tasks at once
• Must be a team player
• Candidate must be eager to learn, grow, and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability
