We are currently seeking a full-time bilingual legal assistant to support our legal team in representing both businesses and individuals with their immigration needs.

Location 📍

This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Clifton, NJ office.

Key Qualifications & Responsibilities ✅

  • Language Proficiency: Bilingual ability in both spoken and written languages is required.
  • Client Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and collect initial client information.
  • Client Screening & Data Management: Conduct quick client screenings while accurately managing data on HubSpot.
  • Document Handling: Manage correspondence including scanning and filing documents.
  • Professional Communication: Write timely, professional emails and foster strong client relationships.
  • Scheduling & Operations: Schedule meetings and support the team for seamless daily operations.
  • Software Skills: Use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and learn new software quickly.
  • Office Management: Handle supply inventory and order office necessities.
