This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Clifton, NJ office.
Key Qualifications & Responsibilities ✅
- Language Proficiency: Bilingual ability in both spoken and written languages is required.
- Client Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and collect initial client information.
- Client Screening & Data Management: Conduct quick client screenings while accurately managing data on HubSpot.
- Document Handling: Manage correspondence including scanning and filing documents.
- Professional Communication: Write timely, professional emails and foster strong client relationships.
- Scheduling & Operations: Schedule meetings and support the team for seamless daily operations.
- Software Skills: Use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and learn new software quickly.
- Office Management: Handle supply inventory and order office necessities.
