Position: Leasing Consultant

Rate: Salary commensurate with experience (Hourly non-exempt position)
💰 Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

About the Community

Our 330-unit mid-rise apartment community is located in the heart of Miami, just minutes from Coral Gables, the University of Miami, Miracle Mile, and the Waterford Business District!

What You Will Do 🎯

• Greet visitors, residents, and prospects warmly
• Show apartments and highlight features and amenities
• Close sales and process rental applications and leases, ensuring compliance with fair housing laws
• Answer and return resident calls and emails promptly
• Complete guest cards and lease paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Build rapport with prospective residents to turn visits into leases

Requirements ✅

• At least 1 year of leasing experience in an apartment community
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong leasing and closing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to type at least 30 WPM and stay organized
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Yardi, or similar programs
• Availability to work Saturdays as needed
• Valid Florida Driver’s License

Work Schedule 🕒

• Monday through Saturday
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
