Position Overview 🚀
As part of EnGen’s Operations Team, the Learner Operations Associate will be a proactive, results-driven team member delivering exceptional customer service to learners and clients. This role involves responding to requests, managing operational tools, supporting cross-functional teams, and reporting directly to the VP of Education, Engagement, and Operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities 🎯
- Support onboarding for non-coaching learners and facilitate enrollment across various clients
- Assist with learner re-enrollment via calling campaigns
- Provide over-the-phone support for learners using Aircall
- Offer operational support to Customer Success and Channel Partner teams
Other Duties & Responsibilities 🔄
- Help with operational tasks such as learner enrollment and deactivation
- Cross-train with team members to ensure support as needed
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Assist in implementing best practices to streamline workflows
- Collaborate to boost seat utilization and learner engagement
- Participate in internal meetings and other assigned tasks
Knowledge and Skills 🧠
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Passion for helping learners overcome language barriers to achieve career growth and economic mobility
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, with exceptional writing abilities
- Customer service expertise with cross-cultural sensitivity
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or related fields
- Comfort with Microsoft Excel for data entry, sorting, and basic formulas
- Experience with digital communication tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesmsg, Freshdesk)
- Action-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency
- Proactive, able to take initiative with minimal guidance
