Bilingual Lead Details 🛠️

• Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Pay Rate: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
• Work Schedule: Full-time, First Shift
• Start-Up Period (June): Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Post-Start Schedule:
  • Front Half: Sunday to Wednesday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM at $23.00/hr
  • Back Half: Thursday to Saturday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM at $24.00/hr
• Overtime: Ability to work overtime during peak periods is required

Key Responsibilities 🤝

• Serve as the primary contact for associates, providing guidance and training on company best practices
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues through regular audits
• Provide constructive feedback following audits to improve associate performance
• Maintain operational efficiency and ensure adherence to company standards within the department

Bilingual Lead Qualifications 🎓

• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
• Fluent bilingual communication skills in English & Spanish (speaking, reading, writing)
• Management experience, particularly in a Team Lead role
• Must be willing to undergo a background check
• Pre-employment drug screening (excluding THC) required
