🔧 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and update work instructions and documentation
• Review requests for clarification of work instructions
• Support quality performance programs
• Assist with second-level review of quality assurance disputes
• Provide reminder suggestions for team huddles/chats
• Assist with chat and nesting coverage, as needed
• Support new hires in the 60-day remediation plan
• Contribute to quality initiatives and special tasks as required

📋 Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of professional experience
• 1 year of New York State of Health (NYSOH) Lead Administrator experience
• Fluent reading, writing, and translation skills in English and Spanish
• Residency within 100 miles of one of the New York offices (Albany, Rochester, NYC)

🖥️ Home Office Requirements

• Internet connection speed of 20 Mbps or higher — verify by testing connectivity via Wi-Fi or Ethernet (Category 5 or 6 cable to the router)
• Current and permanent residence within the Continental US

Minimum Salary: $22.55/hr
