Description & Requirements 📝

Maximus is seeking a skilled Bilingual Spanish Lead Contact Center Administrator to provide content support and review documentation for our NYS health program. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert, fluent in both English and Spanish, with experience supporting health-related contact centers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities ✅

• Review and update work instructions and documentation.
• Address clarification requests regarding work instructions.
• Support quality performance initiatives.
• Assist with second-level review of quality assurance disputes.
• Provide reminder suggestions for team huddles and chats.
• Support chat and nesting coverage as needed.
• Guide new hires through the 60-day remediation plan.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and special projects.

Minimum Requirements 📋

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of NYSOH Lead Administrator experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and translation skills in English and Spanish.
• Residency within 100 miles of one of the NY offices (Albany, Rochester, NYC).

Home Office Requirements 🏡

• Reliable internet connectivity via Wi-Fi or Category 5/6 Ethernet cable connected to the home router.
• Reside permanently within the Continental US.

Compensation at Maximus depends on various factors, including location, education, experience, and market conditions. The typical base salary ranges from $22.55 to $27.50 per hour.
