Our dynamic law practice is looking for a dedicated full-time professional to handle client inquiries, manage onboarding processes, and assist our attorneys with scheduling. We offer comprehensive training and a collaborative environment where you can thrive.

💰 Compensation

$39,500 - $43,500 yearly

📝 Responsibilities

• Schedule consultations: Book meetings between prospective clients and our lawyers to grow our caseload and maintain accurate schedules.
• Screen calls: Handle incoming client calls to ensure cases align with our firm's scope, while making callers feel heard and valued.
• Administrative tasks: Manage spreadsheets, compose emails, fax, copy, and transcribe notes to keep office operations running smoothly.
• Support marketing efforts: Collaborate with the marketing team to increase client outreach and strengthen law firm partnerships.
• Data management: Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline onboarding and client files.

🎯 Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with CRM and case management software is a plus
• Customer service or sales background is advantageous
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
