About the Role
The Learning & Development Curriculum Developer is responsible for creating and refining instructional materials that enhance learning outcomes across various programs. Collaborate with subject matter experts, evaluate program success, and ensure all training content meets quality and compliance standards through research and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Trainers & SMEs: Develop instructional materials and course designs, improve existing courses based on participant feedback, and support the creation of supplemental training resources.
- Create & Enhance Learning Materials: Design job aids, participant guides, assignments, assessments, and activities using tools like Adobe InDesign, Canva, and Articulate Rise.
- Research & Curriculum Development: Use the ADDIE model to create outcome-specific curricula aligned with organizational goals. Assess program effectiveness with ROI and Kirkpatrick frameworks.
- Gather Feedback & Improve Programs: Conduct focus groups and stakeholder interviews to identify training needs, analyze insights, and enhance learner engagement.
- Compliance & Accreditation: Prepare and update documents such as Learning Design Documents and catalogs to ensure alignment with standards and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field 🎓
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Learning & Development and/or Operations, ideally in retail or hospitality environments 🏪
- Proficiency in Japanese or Korean (reading, speaking, writing) 🈶🈚
- Successful completion of required training programs ✅
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler's Card within 30 days of start date 🍽️
Compensation Range 💵
The annual salary range for this role is $72,500 - $101,500. Compensation is determined based on experience, location, and related factors.
