🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Incoming & Outgoing Calls: Manage calls efficiently, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Schedule Appointments: Accurately book patient appointments using the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Respond to Patient Inquiries: Address questions regarding services, appointment availability, and billing concerns.

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Associate degree preferred or equivalent relevant call center experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or related fields.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in Korean is required.
  • Typing Speed: Able to pass a typing test with at least 40 WPM.
