- Handle Incoming & Outgoing Calls: Manage calls efficiently, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Schedule Appointments: Accurately book patient appointments using the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Respond to Patient Inquiries: Address questions regarding services, appointment availability, and billing concerns.
✅ Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: Associate degree preferred or equivalent relevant call center experience.
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or related fields.
