Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Key Account Manager based in Dallas or Houston to lead and expand our strategic partnerships with major retail chains such as Fiesta, Walmart, Kroger, H-E-B, El Rancho, and others. This pivotal role involves managing key customer relationships, boosting sales performance, and ensuring excellent execution at store level.

Key Responsibilities 🚀

• Own and manage relationships with key retail accounts, including Fiesta, Walmart, Kroger, H-E-B, Sellers, and other strategic partners.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth, expand brands, and establish category leadership.
• Analyze performance data and customer trends to identify opportunities and close gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure seamless product execution and in-store excellence.
• Execute promotional campaigns and launch new products tailored to each account’s needs.
• Conduct business reviews, presenting results, forecasts, and growth strategies to internal teams and partners.
• Ensure compliance with planograms and promotional activities at store level.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends within key accounts.

Qualifications 🎯

• 3–5+ years of experience in key account management, preferably within food & beverage, CPG, or distribution sectors.
• Proven success managing large retail accounts with consistent sales growth.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Willingness to travel between Dallas, Houston, and customer locations.
