📝 Job Responsibilities

• Understand client business requirements and challenges
• Propose practical and effective solutions
• Prepare proposals, demonstrations, and effort estimations
• Lead requirements gathering and business analysis
• Design scalable and implementable system architectures
• Translate business needs into technical solutions
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful delivery
• Review technical designs and validate feasibility
• Support UAT and go-live processes
• Leverage hands-on development experience to validate solutions
• Support prototyping, troubleshooting, and technical decision-making

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Japanese
• Proficient with Microsoft tools (M365, Power Platform, Azure)
• Strong SQL/Database skills
• 1-3 years of hands-on scratch development experience
• Experience across the system development lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in client-facing roles (preferred)
• Experience preparing proposals and effort estimates (preferred)
• Python or .NET development experience (preferred)
