Job Opportunity: Bilingual Customer Support Agent (Italian & English) 🇮🇹🇺🇸
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Support Agent to support our ATM customers, ensure compliance, and troubleshoot technical issues across our product range. If you’re passionate about cryptocurrency, helping others, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role could be perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities
- Support ATM customers via phone, chat, email, and SMS 📞💬📧
- Assist with functional questions about our ATMs and mobile app
- Provide basic cryptocurrency education to users
- Troubleshoot ATM hardware and report customer or equipment trends
- Maintain high performance standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Business fluency in Italian and English
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
- Strong computer literacy
- Experience troubleshooting and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Technical knowledge of iOS, Android, and related technologies
Bonus Skills
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
- Experience in compliance-heavy environments
- 1-2 years of contact center experience
- CRM platform experience (Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud-based call center software (Five9, NICE, InContact, Softphone, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits
Base hourly rate ranges from $18 - $23/hr USD. Our comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees in the U.S. includes:
