About the Role
As a key member of our team, you'll engage with customers, solve their system and network needs, and contribute to the growth of our company's presence in the region.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Customers: Contact and visit both new and existing clients.
- Solution Delivery: Employ strategies to address customer needs and resolve issues related to system and network integration.
- Collaborate with Partners: Meet with business partners and vendors to find effective solutions.
- Product Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate company products or services directly to customers.
- Negotiations: Negotiate prices and service agreements to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning and executing network infrastructure projects.
- Troubleshooting: Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve customer system issues.
Requirements
- Education: Preferably at least an Associate's degree.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in business-level Japanese and English.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in IT sales or engineering roles.
- Technical Background: Experience with system integration or project management.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic IT-related mathematics.
- Communication: Strong organizational and communication skills.
