Your Key Responsibilities 🔑

  • Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) interpretation and respond to customer inquiries
  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve questions or concerns
  • Calmly de-escalate issues and escalate cases when necessary
  • Assist with requests, including processing payments
  • Maintain call records for audits and reports
  • Provide feedback on call experiences
  • Achieve designated sales objectives

What We’re Looking For – Qualifications 🎓

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
  • Comfortable with Windows-based systems
  • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
  • College degree is a plus but not required

Work From Home Requirements 🏡

  • Internet Speed: Minimum 15.0 Mbps download and 5.0 Mbps upload
  • Compatible ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Connections excluding Satellite, Mobile Data, P2P, or VPN
  • Proof of internet speed
  • Quiet, clean workspace for focused work
