Your Role at TP 💼

Customer Service & Bilingual Interpreters (Spanish/English)

As a vital part of our team, you will engage with customers via multiple channels—phone, email, chat, or social media—to resolve inquiries while providing exemplary service. Your responsibilities include:

  • Connecting with customers to address questions or concerns
  • Calmly de-escalating issues and escalating when necessary
  • Assisting with processing payments or requests
  • Documenting call details for auditing and reporting
  • Providing feedback on call experiences
  • Meeting sales and performance objectives

Qualifications 🎓

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Comfortable with Windows-based computer systems
  • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
  • College degree is a plus but not required
