Job Overview

The Charles Baum State Farm Agency is currently hiring a full-time Bilingual Receptionist & Vietnamese Interpreter. Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is essential. This role involves assisting our Vietnamese clientele through translation, handling phone inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and office support activities such as filing, word processing, and managing paperwork
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to clients and prospects
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
• Send billings via mail or electronically
• Distribute brochures and promotional materials
• Update contact information for policyholders, including phone numbers and emails
• Print, fax, or send proof of insurance documentation to customers
• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients
• And other administrative duties as needed!
