Overview

Our client in Kendall is a rapidly expanding, multi-location retail organization seeking a Bilingual Internal Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for various positions, including sales associates, store managers, management bench roles, and select corporate positions. This role is vital to the company's ongoing expansion and success.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, field-oriented, and comfortable working in a vibrant, fast-moving setting. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential to effectively engage candidates, employees, and stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting for retail, management, and select corporate roles
• Build and maintain a management bench to support store growth
• Partner closely with leadership in a family-owned environment
• Conduct in-field recruiting at hiring events, job fairs, malls, stores, and through community outreach initiatives
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the offer stage
• Track pipelines and support hiring related to new store openings and staff turnover

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Experience recruiting in high-volume or multi-location environments
• Comfortable recruiting for hourly and commission-based roles
• Willingness and ability to conduct field-based recruiting activities
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and job boards

Salary Range 💰

75K - 90K
