About the Role

Bilingual Customer Care Agent 🇪🇸🇬🇧

Job Summary:

As one of the fastest-growing departments, our agents hold an engaging hybrid role combining cross-selling and retention efforts. Serving as the sole client-facing team supporting all three divisions (Senior, Life, Auto & Home), agents make outbound calls to new and existing policyholders to ensure satisfaction and assist with benefit utilization. They act as consumer advocates, familiarizing clients with our comprehensive product platform, including insurance options, dental, vision, hearing, and identity theft protection, ensuring clients avoid overpaying and maximize savings. During peak periods, agents also support client enrollment in Medicare plans, with bilingual agents assisting Spanish-speaking clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct post-sale calls to current policyholders across divisions, emphasizing work/life balance outside traditional sales roles.
• Make outbound calls to new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and guiding them through plan benefits.

• Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to complete AHIP certification and onboarding requirements by specified deadlines

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) 🌐
• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods
• Hardwired high-speed internet connection with minimum download and upload speeds of 20 Mbps. Upgrades may be required prior to start date.
