This position is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service within a well-established State Farm Agency. If you excel at understanding and addressing people's needs and motivations, we'd love to have you on board! As our Customer Service Representative, you'll work to foster customer loyalty and elevate the overall customer experience with State Farm Insurance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Polish and English 🗣️
• Active Property and Casualty insurance license
• Comfortable commuting to our office in Arlington Heights, IL (this is an in-house position)

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phones and warmly greet clients 📞👋
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships; follow up as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including responding to inquiries about insurance coverage, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
• Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about their insurance options
