Position Summary 📝

We are looking for a bilingual (Korean/English) Personal Lines Agent to join our in-office team in Duluth. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and motivated to develop lasting client relationships while advancing their career in insurance.

No prior insurance experience required. Cornerstone will cover training costs and ensure you learn the job diligently.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Advise clients on personal insurance coverage, including home, auto, umbrella, and other personal lines
• Quote, bind, and issue new policies across multiple carriers
• Manage policy renewals and proactively remarket accounts to maintain competitive coverage and pricing
• Respond to client inquiries, policy changes, billing questions, and claims
• Maintain accurate client records and adhere to agency compliance procedures
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster strong client retention

Qualifications ✅

• Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)
• Prior insurance or customer service experience is a plus; P&C license preferred (licensing sponsorship available)
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Dependable, professional, and eager to learn

Compensation & Schedule 💼

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM ET (In-Office)
