🎯 Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs. Market appropriate products and services tailored to client requirements.
• Build and maintain customer relationships. Follow up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and ongoing service.
• Provide timely, friendly, and accurate customer service. Assist with inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy modifications, claims, and billing questions.

🛠️ Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Insurance Sales Experience and Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred.
• Sales background (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Ability to connect and relate to customers professionally.
• Property & Casualty license.
• Life & Health license (must be obtainable).
