  • MUST BE Bilingual in English and Vietnamese
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working independently and in team settings
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (a plus)

Primary Responsibilities 📋

  • Utilize CRM to manage and follow up on a large, untapped lead list
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Handle your own accounts, driving sales growth independently
  • Collaborate with the sales team to diversify and expand our customer base
  • Provide exceptional customer service and account management
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets and performance metrics
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities within the CRM
