🎯 Responsibilities
- Assess clients' finances: Consult with clients to evaluate their financial situations and determine if debt settlement is an appropriate solution.
- Handle inbound calls: Manage incoming inquiries while proactively reaching out to leads provided by the company.
- Educate clients: Explain the debt settlement process, including how it works, potential risks, and advantages.
- Explain terms & conditions: Outline debt settlement details such as monthly payments and resolution timelines.
- Maintain records: Keep detailed and accurate logs of client interactions within the company's CRM system.
- Achieve targets: Meet or surpass monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance: Adhere to all applicable state and federal laws, along with company policies related to debt settlement.
- Stay informed: Keep current with industry changes, legal updates, and market trends to provide informed advice.
🔑 Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience: 2+ years in sales within a call center environment with proven success.
- Specialized knowledge: Minimum 1 year in debt settlement or a related field.
- Work ethic & motivation: Strong drive, self-motivation, and results-oriented attitude.
- Technical skills: Proficient with CRM systems, call center technology, Google Workspace, email, and internet navigation.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written abilities to clearly explain complex financial concepts.
- Customer management: Skilled at building rapport, handling objections, and guiding clients to informed decisions.
- Availability: Able to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
- Environment adaptability: Capable of thriving in high-volume, fast-paced settings.
💰 The Pay
Top performers can earn between $120,000 and $260,000 annually!
