Position Overview
As a Bilingual Inside Accounts Manager, you will be primarily responsible for supporting and developing new and existing business revenue objectives for SureWerx USA. The role involves account management, identifying new sales opportunities, and fostering relationships with clients. This position reports to the Manager of Inside Account Sales and is fully remote with occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities 🚀
- Account Engagement: Call on assigned accounts to identify and close opportunities, including new business, add-on sales, and upselling.
- Lead Generation: Identify prospects through tradeshow activities, emails, website inquiries, direct mail, advertising, cold calls, and referrals.
- Customer Insights: Understand client needs, decision-making processes, and purchase criteria, focusing on decision makers.
- Sales Presentations & Closing: Deliver value propositions, handle objections, prepare quotes, lead presentations, and secure commitments to close sales.
- Order Processing: Submit sales orders, answer inquiries about order status and products.
- Pricing & Support: Collaborate with product managers on special pricing for significant purchases and assist clients in finding the right parts or products.
- Administrative Tasks: Update customer records, notify clients of changes in terms or pricing, and perform other office duties.
- Market Research & Promotions: Research products via catalogs and the internet, assist in creating and activating promotions, and support sales initiatives like trade shows and national campaigns.
- Tools & Software: Utilize Salesforce CRM, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Power BI to support sales activities.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as required to support the sales team and company goals.
Skills & Qualifications 🌟
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of successful outbound sales experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Understanding of sales administration processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player with assertiveness, positivity, and self-motivation
- Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) or equivalent
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing business environment
- Experience in B2B, export, or distribution fields preferred
