Position Overview 📍

Location: Austin, Texas — Onsite at Bloom HQ from Monday to Thursday

The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will report to the Head of Influencer Marketing. This bilingual role (Spanish and English) focuses on managing and growing our international influencer partnerships, supporting global campaigns, and expanding into new regions. The role includes building relationships, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring alignment across regions and languages.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

  • Collaborate with the Head of Influencer Marketing to execute and evolve influencer initiatives, strategies, and campaigns that boost brand awareness, engagement, and ROI.
  • Lead outreach and relationship-building with Micro (gifting-based) and Macro (paid) influencers to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Manage and grow our influencer gifting program, ensuring strategic outreach and effective creator partnerships aligned with brand goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of influencer relationships and follow-up appropriately.
  • Identify new opportunities, trends, and strategies to innovate in influencer marketing.
  • Meet internal performance benchmarks and deliverables timely.
  • Coordinate influencer content with Bloom’s product catalog, ensuring messaging consistency.
  • Support product launches, promotional events, and seasonal initiatives through influencer participation.
  • Negotiate and oversee paid collaborations, ensuring timely delivery and brand alignment.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer partnerships—from outreach and negotiation to contracts and deliverables.
  • Build authentic, long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and talent managers.
  • Track influencer progress weekly and ensure high-quality content creation.
  • Assist in preparing monthly performance reports to analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Supervise and support influencer marketing interns to ensure smooth operations of gifting initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table 🛠️

  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or related fields
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Collaborative team player mindset
  • Previous internships or experience in social media, PR, or marketing is a plus (not required)
  • Assist in scaling and growing our influencer gifting program
