In Home Therapy establishes a structured, weekly, strength-based therapeutic relationship between a clinical team, youth, and their family. Its goal is to treat behavioral health needs by:

🎯 Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy and support using evidence-based practices 🧠
• Confirm clinical diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and perform safety and risk assessments ✅
• Coordinate care with outpatient providers, schools, DCF, probation, and medical teams 🤝
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes 📝
• Obtain insurance authorizations 💻
• Participate in weekly supervision and monthly team meetings 🗣️

🎓 Qualifications

• Bilingual master's degree in mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or related field (licensure not required) 🎓
• License eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) or experience working with youth and families 💼
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to insured vehicle 🚗
• Availability primarily during late afternoons and evenings 🌅
• Access to a personal computer and cell phone (reimbursed monthly) 💻📱
• If holding an MSW, must obtain LCSW within 6 months of hire 📝
• Understanding of DSM and diagnostic processes 📚
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 🗣️✍️
• Ability to independently plan, organize, and manage schedules 🗂️
• Strong time management and organizational skills ⏰
