Compensation & Career Growth

Pay Rate: $18/hr - $20/hr starting pay, depending on experience. Opportunities for advancement and promotion are available!

Caregiver Duties

• Personal care, meal preparation, errands, medication reminders, and other assistance as directed by the client
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and household chores
• Assisting with mobility, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Transport support using gait belts or Hoyer lifts

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year paid caregiving experience and/or certification (CNA, PCA, LPN, RN)
• Experience with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Parkinson’s, or ALS is a plus
• Fluent in Cantonese
• Must be 18 years or older
• Clear background and reference checks
• Completion of our skills & knowledge assessment
• Valid Driver’s License, reliable insured vehicle, and good driving record
• Basic English skills (spoken, reading, writing) and a High School Diploma or equivalent
