THIRD COAST SERVICES LLC Is Hiring A Bilingual Human Resources

Third Coast Services is looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join our team in our Magnolia office. The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for various functions of the Human Resource department, including compensation, benefits, leave, reporting, and administration of company policies.

The ideal person for this position has proven expertise in Human Resources. This includes benefits administration, compensation, reporting, benefits and training. To be a competent HR Generalist, you should be patient and compassionate, have excellent listening skills, and be able to multitask effectively.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct employee orientation
  • Administer HR policies and procedures
  • Administer compensation and benefits.
  • Benchmark compensation and benefits
  • Distributes annual salary review forms to needed Management leader
  • Implement and monitor performance of HR management system
  • Handle employee complaints, grievances, and disputes
  • Asist in employee discipline processes
  • Review and update employee rules and regulations
  • Maintain the human resource information system and employee database
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions
  • Relay changes of information to appropriate employees.
  • Prepares and reconcile Certified Payroll
  • Oversee and verify timekeeping information for all employees
  • Processing new employees, promotions, and terminations
  • Maintain and update payroll employee records as needed
  • Preparing periodic payroll reports as needed or required
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for payroll transactions
  • Maintain expiring work authorizations.
  • Maintain DL expirations for drivers and non-drivers.
  • Manage and facilitate DIG class training
  • Maintain CDL records
  • Maintain EEO compliancy
  • Maintain OSHA reports and record keeping
  • Performs other duties as assigned
