Job Description ✨
This newly created position is responsible for:
- Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees for factory and production roles.
- Supporting communication for all employees, with a focus on French-speaking staff as a bridge language.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in French, with a strong foundation in HR practices and the ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance initiatives effectively.

Shift & Benefits 🕒💼
- Shift: 1st Shift - Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM (flex schedule with 30-minute lunch)

- Paid Time Off: 40 hours (5 days) of vacation after 90 days, and an additional 40 hours after 180 days
- Retirement: 401(k) eligibility after 30 days from date of hire

Key Responsibilities 🎯
- Manage recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination for factory staff
- Oversee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Translate and communicate effectively in French
- Support employee relations by resolving workplace issues and fostering a positive environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR administrative functions
- Act as a cultural and language liaison to facilitate communication among diverse employee groups
Qualifications ✅
- 1-3 years of HR experience in a factory setting (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations)
- Professional handling of confidential information
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws preferred
- Bilingual in French is essential
