Exciting HR Opportunity: Bilingual Recruiter for Factory & Production Team 🚀
This newly created role offers a chance to shape our factory workforce while supporting bilingual communication for a diverse team.
Position Overview
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees for factory and production roles.
- Communication Support: Assist with internal communications, especially for French-speaking employees, serving as a cultural and language bridge.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual in French with a solid background in HR practices, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance.

Shift & Benefits 🕒💼
- Shift: 1st Shift - Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM (flex schedule with a 30-minute lunch)

Key Responsibilities 🔑
- Recruitment Management: Post jobs, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews for factory roles.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Facilitate smooth integration of new hires.
- Language Support: Provide French-English translation to ensure clear communication.
- Employee Relations: Address workplace issues and foster a positive environment.
- Compliance: Enforce company policies and labor laws.
- Record Keeping & HR Support: Maintain accurate employee data and assist with administrative HR tasks.
- Communication Liaison: Act as a cultural and linguistic intermediary to support a diverse workforce.
Qualifications ✔️
- HR Experience: 1-3 years in human resources within a factory setting, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Confidentiality: Ability to manage sensitive information professionally.
- Knowledge: Understanding of HR best practices and labor laws is preferred.
