Randstad, the world’s leading talent company, is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to support our Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS) division. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on-site with top-tier clients, managing high-volume staffing needs and building impactful relationships.

Position Details

• Type: Full-time, Internal
• Location: Franklin, MA 02038 (Secondary location in East Bridgewater, MA, with frequent travel)
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Travel: May require frequent travel between locations
• Language Requirement: Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish, Creole, or Brazilian Portuguese and English

What You Will Do 🎯

• Build strong partnerships: Maintain excellent relations with clients and understand their evolving staffing needs.
• Understand client operations: Dive into their business processes, policies, and strategic goals.
• Create talent pipelines: Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates aligned with client needs.
• Execute recruiting plans: Ensure the right talent is sourced, screened, and selected efficiently.
• Compliance: Adhere to operational standards and employment laws.
• Relationship growth: Foster consultative relationships through in-person visits and market expertise.
• Matching talents: Highlight candidates' skills to make the best fit for each position.
• Innovate employment solutions: Offer creative strategies to address workforce needs.
• Deliver exceptional service: Consistently exceed client and talent expectations.

What You Need to Succeed 🌟

• Over 1 year of experience in human resources, recruiting, or staffing — manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR preferred.
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish, Creole, or Brazilian Portuguese and English.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Professional communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to manage complex client situations and develop workforce strategies.
• Ability to understand and adapt to clients' needs and expectations.

Compensation & Benefits 💼

The annual base salary ranges from $60,000 to $66,000, plus commissions. Compensation is competitive and varies based on experience, education, and other factors.
