📝 Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and align initiatives with business goals
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience
- Performance Management & Development:
- Support performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development initiatives
- Assist leaders with performance improvement and development plans
- Monitor progress and promote accountability and continuous improvement
- HR Processes & Initiatives:
- Implement and support HR programs across the employee lifecycle
- Ensure consistency in policies, procedures, and people practices
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Support onboarding and engagement initiatives
- Serve as a resource for employee relations and daily HR support
- Promote a culture of communication, respect, and accountability
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR processes

🔍 Additional Details
- Weekly travel (approximately once per week) between Fond du Lac and St. Francis locations
- On-site role supporting operations
- Regular business hours with flexibility based on business needs
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off
