XL Pro Staffing and Consulting Group Is Hiring A Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator

Position: Human Resource CoordinatorPay: $20-$22/HR Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM-6 PM

Requirements: - Bilingual in Spanish- 2-3 years of previous HR experience- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment- Ability to work in a trailer and walk from one building to another- Ability to manage multiple tasks, handle scheduling, and maintain accurate records.- Knowledge of payroll, employee benefits, and record-keeping systems is valuable.- Basic understanding of local, state, and federal labor laws, especially those relevant to warehouse and manufacturing environments.- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, managers, and external partners effectively.-Familiarity with HR software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and possibly warehouse management systems
