Position Overview 🚀

As a Bi-Lingual HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce strategy. Based in Houston, TX, you'll oversee multiple facilities in the US (IN, OK, FL), working directly with employees and leadership at the plant level to foster a high-performing, engaging culture. What You’ll Do 🛠️

  • Be a True Business Partner – Collaborate with supervisors and team members to enhance employee experience and support business objectives.
  • Drive Change & Improvements – Lead change management initiatives, optimize HR processes, and prepare for future challenges.
  • Stay Connected to the Workforce – Be approachable, visible on the plant floor, and build strong relationships with employees.
  • Leverage Data for Decision-Making – Use insights to develop HR strategies and improve workforce outcomes.
  • Manage Core HR Responsibilities – Oversee payroll, performance management, employee relations, and compliance activities.
  • Partner on Talent Strategy – Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to attract and develop top talent.
  • Champion Culture & Engagement – Support initiatives that strengthen our organizational culture and create outstanding employee experiences.

Qualifications & Requirements 🎓

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (required)
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Willingness to travel 50%

Experience

  • 8-10 years of HR experience
  • Professional certification highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Compensation & Benefits 💼

The annual base salary for this full-time role ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, plus a 5% STIP. Benefits include:
