The Bilingual Human Resources Manager plays a key role in overseeing all HR functions within the organization, ensuring compliance with legal standards while fostering a positive company culture. 🌟
Role And Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy: Plans, directs, and provides technical guidance across all HR areas. Leads team development through hiring, mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Talent Acquisition: Develops and implements staffing strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent aligned with business objectives.
- Management & Budgeting: Participates as part of the management team, balancing employee needs with organizational goals. Manages HR departmental budget adherence.
- Employee Benefits: Develops, evaluates, and optimizes benefit programs to support recruitment and retention. Monitors market trends and funding opportunities to manage costs effectively.
- Organizational Culture & Performance: Leads initiatives to cultivate a culture that supports business growth. Oversees performance management processes, including evaluations and pay structures.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Provides guidance on employee relations, manages investigations, and ensures legal compliance at all levels. Conducts mandatory HR training annually.
- Safety & Wellness: Develops and manages safety and wellness strategies and programs.
- Training & Development: Oversees initiatives in succession planning, departmental training needs, and leadership development programs.
- Social Media & Employer Branding: Implements social media strategies to showcase PhytogenX as an excellent workplace. Engages with employees on platforms like Glassdoor and explores new avenues for engagement.
- Additional Responsibilities: Performs other duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
Experience, Qualifications & Education
- Education: BS Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish written and spoken.
- Experience: 8-10 years in a HR generalist role, preferably in manufacturing. At least 5 years in HR management covering benefits, compensation, recruitment, retention, and employee relations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and timekeeping systems.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, fostering teamwork and relationships.
- Ethical Standards: Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates high ethical standards.
- Work Capabilities: Manages multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, remaining professional under challenging situations. Effectively communicates with all organizational levels.
- Leadership: Proven ability to drive benefits, performance management, talent development, and training strategies.
Certificates, Licenses & Registrations
- Required: SPHR and/or SHRM-SCP certifications.
