Our client is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to oversee all HR operations within a small but growing company. This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact in a close-knit team.

What You Will Do

• Employee Relations & Performance: Serve as the primary contact for employee relations and performance management matters 🤝
• Recruitment & Workforce Planning: Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws 📜
• Payroll & Benefits: Collaborate with Accounting on payroll, benefits administration, and leave management
• Visa Processes: Oversee and administer H1-B visa processes
• Training & Development: Implement and oversee company training programs 📚

What You Need to Succeed

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience: 3+ years in HR, preferably within small to mid-sized businesses
• Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish 🗣️
• Visa Expertise: Experience managing H-1B visa processes
• Training Experience: Prior experience in employee training administration
• Legal & HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
• Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
