AMMEGA Is Hiring A Bilingual-HR Manager

Join Our Team as an HR Leader

We're seeking an experienced HR professional to develop and manage our strategic HR initiatives, partnering closely with leadership to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Purpose 🌟

  • Strategic Planning: Create comprehensive HR strategies covering staffing, onboarding, benefits, compensation, HRIS maintenance, employee relations, business partnerships, performance management, recordkeeping, and training.
  • Operational Management: Oversee and manage all day-to-day human resources functions hands-on.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Partner with VP/GM, Global Function Leaders, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to address organizational and personnel challenges.

Accountabilities 🎯

  • HR Business Partnering: Act as HRBP for senior leaders, contributing to talent strategy, FTE planning, and budget alignment.
  • Recruitment & Staffing: Lead staffing and recruitment processes in collaboration with Talent Acquisition shared services, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Employee & Vendor Communication: Resolve compensation and benefits issues through effective communication.
  • Benefits Administration: Support enrollment, modifications, claims, vendor management, and renewals.
  • Messaging & Representation: Draft communications and serve as a company ambassador promoting our values.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate new hire onboarding, manage training records, conduct exit interviews, and oversee offboarding processes.
  • Compensation & Surveys: Conduct market surveys and generate ad-hoc reports as needed.
  • Employee Investigations: Lead investigations related to the code of conduct.
  • Training & Development: Support US Shared Services creation, lead HR training initiatives, and organize staff development activities.
  • Global Initiatives & Continuous Improvement: Support HR transformation projects, employee survey actions, and leverage AI for process automation.
  • Team Management: Prioritize departmental workload and foster team development.

Shared Accountabilities 🤝

  • Participate actively in safety programs, maintain training matrices, assist with investigations, and support employee claims.
  • Collaborate with employees and managers to resolve issues, provide coaching, and facilitate communication.
  • Manage Occupational Health Initiatives (OHI), including stakeholder communication and action planning.
  • Organize employee relations activities, events, and wellness programs.

Key Stakeholders & Interfaces 🔗

  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance performance and identify new business opportunities.
  • Engage with stakeholders including VP HR – Americas, VP/GM PT/FP, and Global Function Leaders across Finance, HR, ICT, and Supply Chain.
  • Ensure alignment with global HR standards to build a high-performing organization.

Requirements ✅

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR generalist or management experience within manufacturing environments.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.
  • Strong computer and analytical skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and report writing.
  • Ability to work in the US and travel up to 25%.
  • Fluent in Spanish; HR professional certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of Learning & Development; strong presentation skills desired.
