About the Role

We’re seeking a dedicated Bilingual HR Coordinator (English/Spanish) to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you’ll be more than an HR assistant — you’ll be a trusted partner to our caregivers, guiding them from onboarding through their career journey and ensuring they feel valued every step of the way. 📝 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for caregiver questions, acting as a supportive HR coordinator and resource.
  • Welcome and onboard new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate caregiver records, including medical documentation, I-9 forms, in-service training, and compliance files.
  • Assist caregivers with ID badges, job letters, employment verifications, and other agency documents as an HR assistant.
  • Enter and update data in the Home Care Registry and HHA Exchange systems.
  • Support the HR Coordinator/Director with compliance, audits, and special projects.
  • Help foster a positive, supportive, and professional work environment.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) required.
  • 1+ year of experience in human resources, HR coordinator, or HR assistant roles (home care experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with HHA Exchange or other healthcare compliance systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Compassionate, approachable, and dependable communicator.
  • Experience in healthcare, records management, or staffing coordination is a plus.
