Job Title: Bilingual HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Location: New York.

Availability to Start: February 17th, 2025

About Us:A consolidated player in primary packaging for the cosmetics industry. The company creates, designs, engineers, manufactures, and customizes glass and plastic containers with related accessories for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting constant site visits to the two plants NY/NJ to connect with employees and drive HR initiatives.
• Managing the information flows with pay-roll providers and supervising the outcome of their elaboration, occasionally running payroll directly.
• Ensuring compliance of HR processes, procedures and activities of the Companies in scope to all local laws and regulations and to Group guidelines.
• Ensuring that HR policies are properly implemented; that HR services are integrated to meet operational needs; and that human resources activities are in line with the Group's strategies.
• Ensuring all departments are properly staffed and performing recruitment and selection processes in an efficient, timely manner. In charge of the preparation and update of s compliant with all local, state, federal regulation and on the research of compensation standard set by industry & governing bodies in order to create salary structure.
• In collaboration with the CHRO work to build a culture of performance and continuous improvement mindset through an effective performance management system and development plans.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Experience in manufacturing or plant environments is essential.
• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a generalist HR role is preferred.
• Willingness and availability to travel between plant locations as needed.
