Integrity Staffing Solutions Is Hiring A Bilingual HR Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Business Partner with a strong background in employee relations investigations and workplace safety to join our team. This role supports multiple client site primarily in warehouse, distribution, and e-commerce environments across California and the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough, impartial employee relations investigations, including harassment, discrimination, workplace violence, and policy violations
- Support onboarding, compliance training, and employee communication initiatives
- Ensure policies and procedures align with California labor laws and industry standards
- Serve as a liaison between staffing agency operations and client HR/safety departments
- Provide expert guidance to internal teams and client supervisors on employee relations issues, corrective actions, and legal compliance
- Partner with safety teams and clients to monitor, assess, and improve safety programs and compliance (Cal/OSHA regulations)
- Conduct site audits, safety inspections, and lead or support incident investigations
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and case tracking records
- Travel up to 25% to client sites across the West Coast as needed
Requirements
- Must be fully fluent in both Spanish and English
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with emphasis on employee relations and safety
- Strong working knowledge of California labor laws, wage and hour regulations, and leave laws
- Experience conducting internal investigations, writing summaries, and managing sensitive employee issues
- Familiarity with warehouse, distribution, or e-commerce facility operations is a must
- Staffing agency experience preferred, multi-client or multi-site experience highly desirable
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships across diverse workforces and leadership teams
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally as required
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as business demands
Preferred Qualifications
- PHRca or SHRM-CP certification
- OSHA 10/30 certification or comparable safety training
- Experience with HRIS and case management systems
Salary range - $72,000-80,000
