About the Role

We are currently seeking an energetic and innovative Bilingual Human Resources Assistant to provide onsite support in a vibrant, team-oriented environment. You will play a key role in supporting all levels of personnel through various HR functions. 🤝

Job Summary

The Bilingual Human Resource Assistant will handle administrative duties essential for the smooth operation of our HR department. This includes tasks related to onboarding, recruitment, hiring, benefits management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation. 📁
• Assemble new hire packets to ensure smooth onboarding. ✉️
• Conduct or assist with new hire orientations to welcome and inform new team members. 🎉
• Assist with background checks to ensure hiring integrity. 🔍
• Support Morph fingerprint scans for secure employee identification. 🖋️
• Help with employee terminations in a respectful and compliant manner. ❌
• Assist with verifications of employment (VOEs). ✅
• Contribute to recruiting efforts to attract top talent. 🌟
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of HR files and records. 🔐
• Perform periodic audits of HR documents to ensure completeness and compliance. audit/checklist ✅
• Participate in planning and executing special events such as benefit open enrollment, facility meetings, employee relation events, and holiday parties. 🎈🎄
• Provide translation support as needed to facilitate communication within diverse teams. 🌐
