📝 Duties & Responsibilities
- 🤝 Facilitate onboarding for all craft employees.
- 🔍 Review new hire packets for accuracy and completeness.
- 🗂️ Scan, index, and electronically file all HR documents within the system.
- 💻 Perform high-volume data entry into HRIS systems and spreadsheets.
- ✏️ Maintain and update personnel records with precision.
- 🚨 Assist with pre-employment drug screenings and background checks.
- 📋 Support HR team with administrative projects such as employment verification, state reporting of new hires and terminations, and unemployment claims.
- 💬 Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding onboarding paperwork and documentation requirements.
📝 Qualifications
- 🌎 Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish is required.
- 🎓 High School diploma or GED is required; some college coursework in HR or Business is preferred.
- 📝 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- 🔎 Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- 🤫 Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
