About the Role
The Lourie Center, part of Adventist HealthCare, is seeking a compassionate Bilingual Home Visitor who will help extend God's care through physical, mental, and spiritual healing. If you are a current employee, please apply through your Workday account.
Key Responsibilities 🎯
- Assist in selecting, developing, and preparing instructional materials for parents
- Conduct parent interviews and family needs assessments
- Perform developmental screenings and assessments
- Provide guidance to program parents on home safety, nutrition, discipline, and play activities
- Coordinate doctor, dental visits, and other community services, including transportation
- Maintain individual child records, including screenings, assessments, referrals, and progress reports
Qualifications & Requirements ✅
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in early childhood, social work, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Minimum of a home-based CDA credential or comparable certification, or relevant coursework
- At least 1 year of experience working with young children and families in a home setting (preferred)
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (preferred)
Work Schedule & Benefits 🕒
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Hours per Week: 40 hrs/week
- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Shift Type: Day shift
- Follow company holiday calendar
Compensation 💰
Pay Range: $20.07 – $26.42/hour
If salary details show as $0 or if the position is Per Diem, salary discussions will occur during the screening process.
