About the Role

As a Bilingual Business Development Representative, you will work directly in the field across Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn, playing a vital role in facilitating enrollment for individuals seeking home care. The ideal candidate is dynamic, well-organized, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 🎯

Responsibilities

  • 🤝 Generating new clients and building relationships with referral sources.
  • 🗣️ Conducting individual and group presentations for healthcare professionals, seniors, and community members.
  • 📝 Enrolling and referring Medicaid-eligible individuals.
  • 🌐 Establishing and maintaining brand awareness through referral contacts, trade shows, conferences, and community education efforts.
  • 🎯 Developing and executing marketing plans to meet or exceed growth targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • 🧭 Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the agency’s vision, mission, and values.
  • 🔍 Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing potential referral sources within the territory and surrounding areas.
  • 🕴️ Representing the agency professionally and responsively.
  • 📁 Maintaining accurate and confidential activity and participant records.
  • 📅 Attending weekly and monthly growth meetings.
  • 🤗 Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and offering ongoing support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Existing contacts and knowledge of local referral sources and territory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Proven time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • 1+ years of experience marketing for a home care agency (preferred).
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Salary Details

  • $50,000 - $65,000 per year for candidates with sales/marketing experience but no home care experience.
  • $65,000 - $90,000 per year for experienced candidates with existing clients.

This is a field-based position serving Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn. 🗽
