This field-based role involves building relationships, educating communities, and facilitating enrollment for individuals seeking home care. 📝 Responsibilities

  • Generate new clients and cultivate relationships with referral sources.
  • Conduct individual and group presentations for healthcare professionals, seniors, and community members.
  • Enroll and refer Medicaid-eligible individuals.
  • Build brand awareness through community contacts, trade shows, conferences, and educational initiatives.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our agency’s mission, vision, and core values.
  • Identify and evaluate potential referral sources within your designated territory.
  • Represent the agency professionally, ensuring a responsive and competent image.
  • Keep accurate and confidential records of activities and participant information.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly growth meetings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and offering ongoing support.

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Existing community contacts and knowledge of local referral sources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales abilities.
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • 1+ year experience in marketing for a home care agency (preferred).
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

This is a field-based position serving Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and Westchester County (Mount Vernon).
