About the Role:

As a Marketer/Business Development Representative, you will work directly in the field across Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn, playing a vital role in streamlining the enrollment process for individuals seeking home care services. We seek a dynamic, organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Generate new clients and cultivate relationships with referral sources.
• Conduct individual and group presentations for healthcare professionals, seniors, and community members.
• Enroll and refer Medicaid-eligible individuals.
• Build brand awareness through community events, trade shows, and outreach efforts.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at achieving growth targets.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our agency’s mission, vision, and values.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential referral sources within your territory.
• Represent the agency professionally and responsively in all interactions.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of activities and client information.
• Attend weekly/monthly growth meetings.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and offering support throughout the process.

💼 Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.
• Existing contacts and local knowledge of the area and referral sources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales abilities.
• Effective time management with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• At least 1 year marketing experience in a home care setting (preferred).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

🎁 Benefits:

• Competitive annual salary: $50,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)

• $50,000 - $65,000 with no home care experience, but sales/marketing background required
