🔍 Responsibilities

• 📅 Schedule and coordinate interviews (phone and in-person)
• 📞 Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and text
• 📢 Post and manage job advertisements on platforms like Indeed
• 🎯 Source candidates using creative recruiting strategies
• 🗃️ Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring updates
• 🤝 Assist with onboarding and support new hires
• 📝 Prepare interview materials and coordinate with hiring managers
• 💻 Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting
• 🗣️ Translate and interpret between English and Spanish as needed

📋 Requirements

• 🌐 Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• ⏳ 1+ year of customer service experience
• 🗣️ Strong communication skills (phone and email)
• 🖥️ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• 🎯 Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• 🔍 Great attention to detail (spelling, grammar, professionalism)
• 🕒 Reliable attendance and punctuality (references required)
• 🏢 Ability to work onsite in Springfield, VA
• 🚚 Must be willing and able to relocate before starting
