Your Responsibilities 💼
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve inquiries
- Calmly address and de-escalate issues
- Escalate interactions when necessary
- Assist with processing payments and other requests
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting
- Provide feedback on call issues
- Upsell services if required
Candidate Profile 🤝
We’re seeking fearless individuals who are driven to deliver excellence:
- Ability to work remotely within a virtual team
- At least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Typing speed of 25 wpm or more
- High School diploma or GED
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
- Logical problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
Work From Home Requirements 💻
- Internet Speed: Minimum download 15.0 Mbps and upload 5.0 Mbps
- Reliable internet connection with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Connection types not permitted: Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
- Proof of internet speed required
- Quiet, clean workspace environment
