📝 About This Role

Toast is dedicated to building a restaurant platform that empowers businesses to adapt, control, and thrive. As an Emerging Markets Growth Account Executive, you will support our expansion and product adoption efforts within key emerging markets, primarily working remotely with occasional field visits.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle: Identify, nurture, and close upsell opportunities within your assigned territory of existing Toast POS customers, from prospecting to contract signing, in the customer's preferred language.
  • Employ consultative selling: Deeply discover customer pain points and goals, presenting tailored product solutions in Spanish, leveraging proven sales techniques.
  • Achieve quotas: Meet and exceed monthly sales revenue and booking targets consistently.
  • Pipeline management: Maintain organized sales records and activity logs within Salesforce CRM and other tools.
  • Market expertise: Understand the competitive landscape to effectively position Toast solutions and highlight their unique value.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with teams such as New Business, Services, and Implementation to onboard customers successfully and ensure satisfaction.
  • Strategic sales application: Utilize methodologies like Sandler to uncover urgency, present value, and craft compelling propositions.

🔑 Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish: Excellent communication skills are essential for both languages.
  • Proven sales success: At least 2+ years in quota-carrying roles like Business Development or Account Executive, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience in high-velocity B2B SaaS sales: Familiarity with full-cycle sales techniques including discovery, storytelling, persuasion, and closing.
  • Consultative mindset: Capable of challenging prospects and positioning yourself as a strategic partner.
  • Growth and ownership: Self-motivated, resilient, competitive, with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and organization: Strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to navigate and succeed in a dynamic sales landscape.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Our total rewards package includes competitive base salary, performance bonuses, benefits, and equity options where applicable. The starting salary ranges from $118,000 to $189,000 USD, depending on experience and skills. Learn more at Toast Benefits.
